What should we wear for our Santa experience?

For timeless and classic holiday photographs, we suggest dressing the whole family in classic Christmas pajamas. If you're seeking high-quality options, we highly recommend Only Little Once, an online store known for its exceptionally soft and durable pajamas. Many families have shared that their children continue to wear these pajamas long after our sessions. Additionally, Target and Amazon offer excellent selections, particularly if you're looking for matching family pajamas.

Can we have more than one family in the session?

For our Santa Memories sessions, we typically focus on creating a personalized and magical experience for each individual family. This ensures that each child has ample time to interact with Santa and that every family receives the full attention and quality of experience they deserve. However, if you have multiple families who would like to join together for a shared session, we can certainly discuss options to accommodate your needs. Please reach out to us directly to discuss the details, and we’ll do our best to create a memorable experience for everyone involved!

Do you allow pets?

Yes, we welcome pets in our Santa Memories sessions! We understand that pets are an important part of the family, and we’d be delighted to include them in your holiday photos. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please let us know in advance if you plan to bring your pet, so we can make the necessary arrangements and accommodate any special needs. We look forward to capturing some magical moments with Santa that include your furry friends!

What can I do if my child is afraid of Santa?

We understand that some children may feel apprehensive about meeting Santa, and we're here to make the experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Here are a few tips to help ease any fears:

• Prepare in Advance: Talk to your child about Santa in a positive and gentle way before the session. Reading holiday books or watching festive shows featuring Santa can help familiarize them with the idea.
• Arrive Early: Arriving a bit early can give your child time to adjust to the environment and meet Santa in a low-pressure setting before the official session begins.
• Bring Comfort Items: If your child has a favorite toy or blanket that helps them feel secure, feel free to bring it along.
• Let Us Know: Inform us ahead of time if your child has specific fears or needs. We can adjust our approach to ensure they feel at ease.

Our goal is to create a joyful experience for every child, and we’ll work with you to make sure your child’s visit is as magical and stress-free as possible.

What does my session fee cover?

The session fee covers Santa's fee, the time in the studio and the minimum order for that type of session. 

Can we take our own pictures or video?

To ensure that we capture the best possible experience and maintain a smooth flow during the Santa Memories session, we ask that you refrain from taking personal photos while the session is in progress. We are dedicated to capturing every magical moment and will provide you with a gallery of high-quality images after the session.

If you have any specific requests or moments you’d like us to focus on, please let us know beforehand, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us create a memorable experience for everyone involved!

Can we place our order online?

We do not review images online. We offer a wide range of products to display your custom artwork, there is no way to show these items online. If you are from out-of-town we will work to schedule your consultation the same day.

How long does it take to get my order?

Once you finish your review we will edit your images and send you a proof. Once you approve your images it can be as short as a few weeks to months depending on the unique art you create. We do our best to get you as many of your products by Christmas as possible. Production times at labs and shipping times vary and are out of our control.

Do you provided digital files?

We provide shareable low resolution digital social media files for images that you purchase. Social media files may be posted on Facebook, Instagram, or other social media sites, but do not come with printing rights. 

Do you offer sessions without Santa?

Yes we do! Sometimes it might be necessary to have a session without Santa if your child is afraid of the Jolly Old Man, but we have some magic ways to recreate the photos so that it looks like he was there!. If you have old children that don't want photos with Santa, we do offer a 15 minute session in our studio that will capture the magic of Christmas without Santa! (poor Santa!)
